Registration fees (*This does not include the fees for the fieldtrip & accommodation)

Payments should be made primarily online with onsite transfers available for special cases. The online payment will be open and offered since January 31, 2025.

Before April 15, 2025

Formal participant: 400 US$; Student: 250 US$; Accompany: 200 US$.

正常代表: 2700 元; 学生: 1700 元; 随同人员: 1400 元.

After April 15, 2025

Formal participant: 450 US$; Student: 300 US$; Accompany: 250 US$.

正常代表:  3000 元; 学生: 2000 元; 随同人员: 1700 元.

Cancellation policy

A 40 US$ (300 RMB) administration fee will be withheld for cancellations received in writing before May 31, 2025

No refunds will be issued after this date.
