Guidelines for Presentations
There are four types of presentations at the ICG2025. Presentations are all in English.
• Plenary talk (25 minutes) = 20-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
• Session keynote talk (25 minutes) = 20-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
• Session regular talk (15 minutes) = 13-minute presentation + 2-minute Q&A
• Poster presentation: Posters should be sized 90 cm × 120 cm (width × height) and must be displayed in advance in the designated area.
Slide Submission & Technical Support
• Presenters are required to submit their presentation slides before the session begins.
• Session Assistants will be available to assist with uploading slides and technical setup during tea breaks or 15 minutes prior to the session start time.
• Please prepare your slides in 16:9 format.
